Right to Rent Checks
By Law, Right To Rent checks must be carried out and applicants will be required to provide original proof of ID (Passport and Residents Permits) and current address ID in accordance with guidelines issues by the Home Office.
Acceptable forms of address ID include:

- Council Tax bill
- Letter from employer or your Doctor (specifically stating & confirming your current address, on headed paper)
- Mortgage statement
- Original bank statements (within the last 3 months)
All potential tenants over the age of 18, will be subject to a credit check, carried out by our nominated referencing company to check for CCJ's, IVA's & Bankruptcy. Additional checks will include an employment check, affordability checks, previous Landlord reference and proof of address history, usually up to 3 years. As part of this process Bank statements, pay slips, pension statements, or other supporting documentation may be requested.
