- Mortgage statement
- Original bank statements (within the last 3 months)

All potential tenants over the age of 18, will be subject to a credit check, carried out by our nominated referencing company to check for CCJ's, IVA's & Bankruptcy. Additional checks will include an employment check, affordability checks, previous Landlord reference and proof of address history, usually up to 3 years. As part of this process Bank statements, pay slips, pension statements, or other supporting documentation may be requested.
