So make sure you register your requirements with us as soon as possible as the majority of our rental properties don't even reach the market and are let immediately to our tenant applicants.

Once you have registered and we've found you a property you would like to rent, we aim to make the rental process as smooth and seamless as possible.

We want you to be able to live comfortably in your new home, so tenant checks are an integral part of the rental process.

Tenant checks are straightforward and simple.

Fees are applicable for tenant checks and associated paperwork and are clearly itemised on our FEES page. We won't give you any nasty surprises and ensure we are fully transparent throughout.
